Prior to founding justAd.TV Yariv served as the Director of Portfolio Management at Comverse (NSDQ: CMVT), Before that Yariv worked as the Head of Business Development at MindCTI (NSDQ: MNDO) and prior to that Yariv led the Business Development unit at Elbit Vflash (until it was acquired by Twenty Four Seven Real Media).

Shahar has more than 12 years of high-tech managerial and R&D experience. Prior to founding justAd.TV, Shahar served as Program Manager at Safend, a leading endpoint security company - where he built from the ground up and managed a development team that created Safend's main product. Prior to that Shahar served as a project manager in an IDF (Israel Defense Force) elite intelligence unit. As a project manager Shahar managed and pioneered large projects in one of his unit's largest and most important sections.

Prior to joining justAd.TV, Eli served as Director of Business Development at Pontis, where he solidified the company’s proposition for the Cable and IPTV markets. Prior to that Eli served as VP of Product Management at Safend, and in multiple product management and product marketing positions at ECtel and its acquisition by Verint Systems. Eli holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences from Bar Ilan University, and an MBA from the Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration in Tel Aviv University.

Noam brings over 15 years of R&D experience from many disciplines, mostly in large scale, high performance systems. Prior to joining justAd.TV, Noam served as a unit manager at 888 (LSE: 888.L), overseeing the Poker R&D development effort, an internet game with over 1M hits per day. Prior to that Noam served as System Architect in Cisco (NSDQ: CSCO) Active Network Abstraction (ANA) development group. Noam joined Cisco through its acquisition of Sheer Networks in 2005. Before joining Sheer, Noam served as a Team Leader in Comverse (NSDQ: CMVT) and Software Engineer in an elite technological unit in IAF (Israel Air Force).
